Is BrewMark really free?
Yes. Create recipes and embed them on unlimited product pages — no credit card required. We may add paid features later (analytics, custom branding, priority support), but the core embed is and will remain free for early roasters.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Create your roaster account, add your first coffee and recipe, copy two lines of code, and paste it into your product page. Our quick-start guide walks you through each step.
Will the embed slow down my website?
No. The BrewMark embed script is under 10KB, loads asynchronously, and uses Shadow DOM for complete CSS isolation. It won't conflict with your existing styles or slow your pages.
What platforms does it work on?
Any website that lets you add HTML. This includes Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and custom-built sites. If you can paste a <script> tag, it works.
What are 'personalized' recipe recommendations?
BrewMark customers log their brewing equipment and taste preferences. When they view your recipe card, they see brew parameters adapted to their specific grinder, brewer, and palate — not just generic instructions.
How do I create recipes for my coffees?
Log into your roaster portal, add a coffee with its origin and roast profile, then create brew recipes specifying grind size, ratio, water temperature, and brew time for each method you recommend. Our grind index normalizes settings across any grinder brand.
Can I customize the look?
The card uses a clean, neutral Bauhaus aesthetic by default. Custom branding (logo, accent color) is on the roadmap — the core embed is and will remain free for early roasters.
