BrewMark self-serve onboarding is live. Specialty coffee roasters can now go from signup to embed code in under 10 minutes — no developer, no setup call, no friction.
For the past few weeks, getting a specialty roaster live on BrewMark meant a 9-step process, a 16-minute flow, and at least one "let me help you get set up" email.
That changes today.
Starting now, any specialty coffee roaster can go from zero to a working embed code in under 10 minutes — without a setup call, without a developer, and without filing a support ticket.
Here's how it works:
Step 1 — Visit /for-roasters. One page. One message. One button.

Step 2 — Sign in. Email + magic link. You're in. No password to create, no verification hoops. Check your inbox, click the link, done.
Step 3 — Quick setup. One form: your roastery name, one coffee, a roast level, and a brew method. We generate the recipe. You confirm or adjust a few parameters. Hit publish.

Step 4 — Your embed code. Done. A snippet you can paste anywhere — Shopify product pages, Squarespace, WordPress, or raw HTML. Your customers now see a personalized brew recipe for every bag you sell.

Most specialty roasters aren't just selling coffee — they're selling an experience. The problem is that experience ends the moment a customer takes their bag home and tries to brew it.
Bad brew = bad review. Bad review = fewer repeat customers.
The traditional answers to this don't work well:
BrewMark closes that loop. A brew card on your product page gives every customer a recipe calibrated to your specific roast level, their brew method, and their equipment. Not a generic guide. Not a best-guess ratio. A recipe adapted to their exact grinder.
When your coffee tastes the way you intended, customers come back. When it doesn't, they don't — and they often can't tell whether the coffee was the problem or the recipe was.
brewmark.io/roasters/[your-slug]No credit card. No monthly fee. The core BrewMark experience is free to start and free to stay.
Do I need a developer?
No. The embed is a single <iframe> tag. If you can edit text on your product page, you can add it.
How long does setup actually take? Five minutes is accurate for your first coffee. Adding more coffees after that takes about two minutes each.
What if I already have a custom brew guide on my site? BrewMark doesn't replace your existing content — it enhances it. Your brew guide explains your philosophy; the BrewMark widget gives customers parameters for their specific equipment. They work side by side.
Is this really free? Yes. We're building out a paid tier for advanced analytics and multi-user roaster accounts. The core experience — profiles, recipes, embed codes — is free and will stay free.
