The method

  1. 0:00Rinse the filter with the dripper closed, then discard the water
  2. 0:00Add grounds, pour all the water, stir once→ 350g
  3. 0:30Cover and leave it alone
  4. 3:30Stir once more, then set the dripper on your mug to release
  5. 4:30Drains in about 60 seconds

BrewMark’s notes

Because steep time is controlled by the lid rather than by flow rate, grind size matters much less here than on a V60 — which makes this the best brewer for a hand grinder you are not confident about. If it tastes flat, extend the steep to four minutes before adjusting grind.
