Scott Rao's V60 Method
A stirred, single-pour V60 that prioritises even extraction over pour theatrics. Bloom, stir, one continuous pour, stir again, flatten.

BrewMark’s notes
The least fussy pour-over here and a good default if pulse pouring has been giving you inconsistent results. Rao favours a plastic V60 over glass or ceramic for heat retention. Stirring does the work that careful pouring does in other recipes.
